The Nazi

Well, not really. There's a new 1nensei social studies teacher here that is as square as a box. He is like the poster child for sticking to rules and schedules. Anyway, I was in his class to eat lunch with the students yesterday. After the kids finished serving everyone, he waited for the class to be silent. Then, he said, "What time is it?" The students were like, "1:03". He then lectured, "What time are we supposed to start eating lunch?....Yes, that's right, 1:00pm. Everyone needs to make sure they do their jobs so that we can have lunch on time....blah blah." Um, yeah. These kids are like 13 years old. They're not in prison. Anyway, apparently this teacher also prohibited the kids from speaking the entire time they served lunch...to get them to do it right. Uh, yeah. Chill, dude!
